My younger boys (ages 3 & 5) were so excited to do their first unboxing on YouTube. They love watching these videos and they love watching themselves now. We were given a chance to try out this Junior Engineer Building Set, I knew my boys would love this toy almost all kids love building things and my kids are no different. When opening this set the first thing I noticed was that there wasn’t any instructions, it came with a book of 32 model ideas but only two of them actually show you piece by piece on how to put them together. At first I was a little disappointed by this but I realized this is a STEM toy and kids using their imagination and creating things on their own is most likely the point of this toy. My boys are to young to follow any of the models, they needed a lot of help to put everything together. Which is also a good thing because it makes it so my husband and I have to get on the ground and play with them and use our imaginations too.

What I love most about this engineering set is how big the pieces are. They are very small kid friendly my boys had no problem connecting pieces once they were showed how to do it. My boys played with this toy for hours after they opened it along with their sisters who are 9, 10, and 12. With Christmas around the corner this would be a great toy to give to a boy or a girl. I know we will be giving our kids another set or two.
